This step prints PDF intake pages for the assessor to fill out for Step 5.
We made this sheet identical to the screens in Step 5 so it would be easy to transfer the data collected in the one-on-one assessment with the student.
After the assessor moves on and completes Step 5, returning to this step will give them a PDF with the circles marked with those assessments.
